Roy Valdez with AT&T on McPherson in Laredo, TX provided exceptional customer service to me and my brother. He went above and beyond for us to find the exact phone model and color we wanted and was clear and honest regarding upgrade billing and fees. Very nice and knowledgeable guy. Def recommend.

I don’t know the first thing about this specific store because I have not set foot in it –and I’m very unlikely to considering the huge runaround that I have been given by AT&T over the phone. For being a communications company, AT&T sorely FAILS.

I visited the store and was immediately greeted by the store manager. I was having issues creating an HBO Max account. I was helped by the Store Manager Louie who was very patient in trying to create and account for me and reaching out to multiple people for further assistance. After multiple attempts we were not able to create an account and I had to leave but Louie told me he would make sure he found a solution. I figured it was just a lost cause but the next day he called me and told me it was ready to go. I really appreciated him taking the time to work on my issue. That store always provides me with customer service and I appreciate how safe I felt with the Covid-19 measures they’re taking to keep customers safe. Very satisfied customer.
