Lovely establishment, but I gotta brag on Matthew who works in print services – he is so kind and friendly and makes my day every time I come in. Because of employees like Matthew this location is my Office Depot of choice in the Austin area.

Awesome location. Couldn’t give them five stars because nobody asked me if I needed help, and all employees avoided eye contacted. At one point In the future we might catch something from eye contact but these days with COVID, I think it’s one of the most important ways of connecting. And really, I needed one $7 item and took a lot more. So if customers are treated this way, then Amazon has a strong future. I think every Office Depot should have weekly or monthly parties at theirs stores, for customers and employees. Some type of morale booster.
