After trying to deal with Verizon over the phone for 12 hours yesterday I decided to go in person, to pick up a SIMs card thinking my issue had been taking care of only to find out that a rep had given me a phone number that belong to someone else that still owed money, I was transferred and hung up on so many times. I was told a new account was going to be created to take care of my issue only to find out two days later that they cannot do so. The store personnel at the location I went to were very nice and helpful. They were not able to give me my sims card because the rep from yesterday messed up by giving me a phone number that belong to someone else at still owed money. So after two days of trying to take care of all this I left very upset and disappointed that after being a very good customer with Verizon for a long time that they were not going to help me…. I wish I knew somebody in charge that I can talk to because nobody should have to go through what I went through… even the rep at the store had to excuse herself cuz she felt sick of all the problems and bs I was going gthrough….They aggred with the lack of training.
