The store is beautiful and I had high expectations going in. I had a custom design appointment and it was cut short due to the following appointment. I was told I would get a follow-up to begin the design process. I had to call a few days later to inquire about hearing from them and was told it was forgotten about due to being busy. I sent in the exact design I want and was told I would get a response with hopefully a CAD within 48hrs max. At more than 72, I have yet to hear back. Seeing as their design process can take up to three months, the attention to promptness is important for most people looking to have their jewellery come to conception. I’ve moved onto a different jeweller who seems much more interested in adhereing to a timeline.
