This UPS location is the best one I’ve been to. Mario and the team at this store are always eager to help me and the other customers who are waiting to be served. When I am there,and I go there a lot,I don’t hear customers complaining about pricing or the employee’s attitude. Apparently the stores are not allowed to ship items out for you without a box (even if the item was wrapped in plastic and shipped via ups to you this way). Rather than offering to box it this store told me to drive to the airport location which I later found out ONLY HANDLES FREIGHT. They did not offer to box it for me. Having all options politely presented helps instead of “take your package elsewhere or go find a box”. Go to the Zaragoza store. Polite, informative and customer service friendly. What is the point of having to drive all over the city for your Amazon return? Amazon needs to rethink this thing with UPS or all of the stores need to be more intelligent on how to help the customer. UPS setting guidelines for us that don’t apply to Amazon is very bad business.

Heavy set man with beard was really rude . I had pre filled a document for kids school and he was very rude said “ how did you get this document?“ I stated from my kids school he continues to say “Well you need access to a printer because I have to actually witness the signature.” like ok I made a mistake I take that but he didn’t even offer to print it out didn’t say I’m sorry I can’t help . It’s called customer service and I’m going to pay for it . No need for the tone and the no empathy or even offer to print it for me . I will never go back to this location .
