What more can you say about a UPS store other than they do what they say they do. This is a fast No-Frills location, and I’ve never had a problem with any of the services they provide. All of the staff is friendly and helpful and did I mention they are fast? Great for all of your shipping needs during a pandemic

I wish a MINUS 5 stars was available. Rude, unhelpful, know it all attitude. Yes, I was sweaty. That happens when you work outside. My pond needed care. She refused my Amazon return. Said to go somewhere else. I called Amazon. They still gave me this store to return my item. I have a heart condition and wanted me to wear a mask. Despite the fact the Governor ended the mask mandate. There were 7 people in line in front of me. I offered to hand them my phone for the scan code. Nope, wear a mask. Or don’t come in. Accommodate us despite the the fact it literally could land me in the hospital. Worst service I have recieved. Amazon said my story was not unusual. They have terrible reviews.

At first the experience was good. I had the package paid for, accounted for, and in route, or I thought I did. After paying $27.75 for this I found this package on my doorstep four days later: smashed, contents broken inside, and rather confused how this could happen. I called this location to confirm what might have gone wrong only to find out there was no manager available (and wouldn’t be available until after the new year), also to find out they will not overnight the package to potentially get it there on time, continuing to be told they MAY be able to find a new box for me after they destroyed this one (including the contents inside). So in short: a company failed to do their duties, is unwilling to be accountable for their actions, unwilling to help expedite and solve the problem, unwilling to pay for the contents inside, but possibly able to find a new box for me.I will never use this store ever again, let alone another UPS store. I spent over $100 dollars shipping items that day to basically be told to go shove it when they make a mistake. People need to be held accountable: employees inside, couriers delivering, and customer service from all angles. This is unacceptable in every manner.
