I have lived at The Pizitz for a little over one year. The apartments are incredible! I really like living in a landmark, historic building but in an apartment that is totally modern. It truly is the best of both worlds. The location can’t be beat and is in walking distance to everything. Additionally, the building is very secure and the management team is great! I would recommend the Pizitz to anyone looking to rent in Birmingham.

The Pizitz has some of the best apartments downtown Bham has to offer. I’ve lived here since July of 2020 and it has been the perfect space for me & my pup. The building is clean, secure and the leasing staff is friendly & attentive. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been living here since Sep 2020, and it’s been wonderful the whole time! The security of the building is top notch with layers of authorization to gain access, the building is cleaned so often and always smells amazing, and the management are genuine nice people that are at the same time highly professional and always make you feel welcome! They really look out for us that stay here. There have been nice surprises left at the door of all residents at times depending on the season too! I haven’t even been able to get to how nice my apartment is! Granite in the kitchen and bathroom and original concrete floors! This place is the best!
