Rhylon set up everything via text and phone so that the trailer and sale paperwork were ready to go when I arrived. Rhylon got me in and out in just over an hour. Most of that was my orientation.Trailer was just as nice in person as I expected from his honest description, which even included the weak points. Great price with no surprise fees. He even threw in a hitch plate and ball (I brought the wrong size with me).Nothing against any local dealers. They just had the right unit in stock at a great price. Their friendly service made it well worth the four hour drive.

Beyond a doubt, the best major purchase experience for us ever! We were an out-of-state deal started by phone and email. The local dealers had no issue with trying to take as much of our retirement savings as they possibly could. Don’t remember them being there on those long night shifts when my eyes were as heavy as bowling balls!! Chris L was a straight shooter from the start. The only surprises when we got there to complete deal were positive. Chris was a pleasure to deal with. Matt and Emilee, in the service dept, answered our every question and have addressed every concern. Family RV Center has a culture of customer service that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend.
