Went in to take advantage of memorial day sale and bought a refrigerator, and washer and dryer. I received a call two days before the delivery day that they picked, that the W&D were still on back order and would be another 2 weeks; BUT the refrigerator would still be delivered. The day before delivery I received an email stating the refrigerator would be delivered between the hours of 3-7pm. After waiting till 6:45 I called to find out that the refrigerator won’t be coming for another two weeks as it’s not available. I understand things happen. But to send an email saying delivery is happening, then not to show or even call, is totally irresponsible. How about an apology at the very least. If I knew I’d be waiting a month, I might have gone to home Depot or best buy. From here on in I’ll take my business elsewhere. Now I have to buy a mini fridge to get me through, and I won’t be buying it at Lowe’s, that’s for sure. Terrible customer service.

Lows employee was helping me through out this winter freeze explaining to me what I needed with the pictures that I had taken. Thank you so much for your time to talk to me. Employees were following covid guidelines. Staff was very friendly & informative with it being busy throughout the freeze.
