DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Seriously, go to any other location. Ordered an item for pickup that had multiple in stock and was told it would be ready in an hour. 4 hours pass and no change in status. But guess what: the store won’t accept calls! You can only speak to someone at a help desk who knows nothing about the order. Then it gets cancelled because it’s out of stock despite allowing me to make the order hours ago. TERRIBLE customer service.

I was honestly very disappointed with my visit to this Best Buy. I asked a gentleman in front where I could find dash cameras and he directed me to the appropriate area and told me Ethan would be able to assist me with any questions I had. I spent about 15-20 minutes looking through the products and scanning the barcodes through the Best Buy app to get information & read reviews. Each time I scanned the store for a BB associate hoping they would come assist, they would all just turn away and resume whatever casual conversation they were having with their co-workers. I narrowed it down to two products and flagged Ethan down hoping he could provide some insight and unlock the glass to access the product. Unfortunately, Ethan made it very clear he had absolutely zero knowledge on any of the products and couldn’t answer any questions. I do appreciate him being honest rather than just pointing to the more expensive product and raving about it, but I would’ve appreciated him grabbing a more knowledgeable associate to help us out. The checkout process was an absolute nightmare. They had the wrong label on the box and it took three people 10 minutes to decide to just go grab another of the same item and hope it had a correct label. I wanted to add on installation of the item which isn’t offered at this particular location but could still be scheduled through them. Well another 15-20 minutes into the checkout process and lo and behold they can’t seem to figure it out and advised me to drive to the other store location and schedule it directly with them. The checkout process took even longer than my self-service mission to learn about all of the products. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing visit and I will not be returning to this location.

Purchased a Microsoft Surface Book for my business at Best Buy. Microsoft had to replace it(went through Best Buy) because the screen didn’t work (brand new!). Then when I received the second one, The Batteries overheat and the keyboard and screen separated. They will not replace the second one, refund some of the money, nor offer a discount for a new computer! I cannot call Microsoft because their phone lines and stores are closed down. Many people are having the same issue. Charger(and batteries) get dangerously hot. I have bought many things from this store (refrigerator, computers, memory devices, etc.) Three items which failed within the first year. They do not seem to want to help, replace, or offer good customer service. They don’t realize they have lost a huge purchaser. I recommend going elsewhere.
