The deep is always friendly. It is a great place to go for all your nerdy needs. With a knowledgeable staff and a large selection it is normally one of the first places I go for my card playing, table top gaming, and comic book needs. They do have a dedicated game room as well where tournaments and tabletop campaigns are held but be warned that it is at the top of a large set of metal stairs. They do have a table downstairs that less able players can use but it does isolate you from most of the tournament and trading as players have to come to you downstairs and at the other end of the store as well.

Awesome gaming store! Very friendly staff. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped us – but I LOVED his shirt…A unicorn with the caption Keeping it real! Loved it! I wish we had gone there earlier in our trip so we could’ve visited again. Definitely the Mecca of Huntsville gaming!

First of all, they enforce a mask policy, so you can shop in a safe and healthy store. Thank you!I’ve been coming to The Deep for a few months now as I get back into playing Magic The Gathering. Adam knows the game and the market really well and has always been very helpful by answering all the questions I have in a very patient way. He gives fair store credit on trades and will give you an honest answer about whether a certain product is right for you. He’s a good dude. This will be my first stop for anything MTG.
