I had an appointment, I went to the wrong discount tire and they still took me in right away after being 30 minutes late. As I’m waiting, there’s a young man, Nick, helping an elderly woman. Of course I intentionally listen in on their conversation to make sure she’s not being taken advantage of. How I was wrong, Nick not only was professional, but sold her exactly what she needed for her car that she doesn’t drive often. He didn’t over sale her, come to find out there were only three tires of what she paid for, so she was upgraded to the next tire free of charge. I’d feel comfortable with an elderly person coming here alone for services. Thanks guys.

It doesn’t matter what discount tire I go to always have a profession manner and always acknowledge you when coming in. Quick easy estimates, very informative and helpful. Wait was kinda long but they kept me up to date of how many cars were on front of me.
