Bought a water heater and extended warranty here. Returned it after deciding on a different size. Ricardo said he couldn’t refund the warranty price at the store and I was given a number to call for customer service. After 33 minutes on hold I went back in the store to let them know and was told that was the wrong number. Ricardo called another number and he’s been on hold for 23 minutes. It’s going on an hour and still no resolution. Go to Home Depot!

In case of an emergency involving pipes again I am definitely heading here first. There was no lines and great help. They had two people in plumbing helping people find everything they needed. They were super polite and gave helpful advice. Thank you for the box to hold everything we didn’t expect to find. You sure put a huge rainbow in my day.
