This store is not owned by AT&T, and that makes all the difference in the higher quality of service you receive from the staff. They are friendly, listen to your needs and have the technical knowledge to provide an appropriate solution. If you need follow up service, they are more than happy to help, even if no sales are made. More importantly, their lower employee turnover makes it more likely that they know your history, and so they can provide the continuity that is so important to a small biz owner like me.I live a mile away from a corporate owned store, but I drive a few miles further, knowing that, in the end, I will get great service and will save time in the long run.
