!!!!!!DO NOT COME TO THIS WACK STORE!!!!!Their manager and the reps here are strictly sales people and they will FINESSE you if you don’t know what you’re talking about. Walk in here at your own risk with a phone expert of your own. I’ve worked for tmobile corporate for 6+ years and they literally gave me the run around over a basic return/exchange as if I was born freaking yesterday. Shame on y’all. Seriously, this store is trash.

I came into this store to get 2 new cellphones. I purchased initially the Android 8+5G phone and used it for about 20 minutes and rise the radiation is entirely too high for me. I could really feel the effects of it. Anyway, I Came back in the store and exchange the phone for one that has less radiation Kevin was the gentleman that helped me and he was a tremendous amount of help for me. The customer service was 10/10. Kevin was super polite and helpful. I will definitely be back.
