I love torrid,and the girls at this store are very nice. However they are just making up their hours at this point. I’ve gone multiple times only to find out they are closed or will be closing early. I’ve gone and they’ve closed at 5 instead of 7 like their hours said. A I’ve been shopping only to find out that they locked the doors at 6 so they can close at 7. Honestly im not sure if it’s a staff shortage or what’s going on. I really only go to the store whenever I have an event that I need clothes asap, otherwise I’ll just shop online. It’s too inconvenient.

I love this store and the girls that work here! I’ve never ever had any complaints! I am however super frustrated with the hours lately! I have no idea when this store will be open but I’ve been there three times this past week and they are never open. And then I look online and the hours say 12-6 on sundays and open Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and closed the rest of the week, apparently those hours aren’t correct. The sighs on the door aren’t correct hours either But will someone please just let us know when y’all will be open? What days and times?? I just wanna shop
