My recent visit to the Lululemon store was a very positive experience in every way.The store was very nice, very well-kept, and extremely clean. They had many different and varied athletic styles, all of which were nicely displayed.I was very impressed by customer service…. excellent! I had wonderful assistance from two staff members….Sarah and Carrie (both were awesome). They were so nice and friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional…. very attentive.I would highly recommend Lululemon for anyone in need of quality athletic wear, along with outstanding customer service.The store is conveniently located in the La Villita Shopping Center, which is across from Coronado High School and near Whole Foods.

The El Paso Lululemon store is by far my worst experience with customer service. The clothing itself was good per usual however the staff was very unhelpful. I was completely disregarded when I desperately needed help finding certain items. When I attempted to seek help from employees they walked away from me and helped others. I had to stand by a fitting room for quite sometime to get someone to help. I recommend shopping online rather than going to this store.
