went to the salon to do my hair, my roots came out looking not so great (super dark compared to my light brown) so it just looked like grown out roots when I was told they would melt into my color. I called and they told me to go in and it would be fixed. my roots got bleached and then I guess she just put toner instead of dying it to match my hair or so it could blend better. My whole hair wasn’t blonde anymore and it was basically brown. It looked nice don’t get me wrong but wasn’t what I asked for. I was told the toner would fade over time. So then why did I pay $400 to be blonde ? I paid all that so my hair would come out the way I asked and I’m sad about it. On another note, I love Ulta and staff is always so kind and helpful.

I did find what we were looking for but the employees were a little lost when told what we were looking for. Also, I think all employees should have a nametag in order to know who is who at the store. The online section of the store was the most useful though. The entire store smells very pretty. It is a nice store with many beauty things to offer. I like that they have many things from Korea as it seems they have the best to offer as far as that goes. I will go by again for sure. I just can’t depend on the employees so much.
