What’s the point of having a UPS store if you can’t even do your job? Went in here yesterday and she was so confused she needs extra training. She’s supposed to look up a tracking number she couldn’t even tell me where my package was and she’s the UPS Store. Training is necessary for this store especially it’s employees and maybe a better system. And there’s absolutely no point of you being there except to accept packages and send them away when you should be able to do more… your UPS. You should be able to tell me where my package is if I have my tracking number. Couldn’t do that. You need a better system or better employees. Being efficient should be a priority not trying to clear you lobby.

Twice now they’ve lost a package I dropped off. And then when I came in to try and get an answer or even some mild help, I’m always told the same thing…… They can’t help me and that it’s not their responsibility to keep track of what I give them (even though the respective shipping services never got them.)
