Shout out to Tech-ER! My laptop was hit by the recent storms in our area and I needed a diagnosis as to the issue. I stopped in without an appointment and they jumped right on it. Bad new is that the whole thing was fried. Good news is that the quick diagnosis is making it easier and faster for my insurance to kick in. These guys are legit and I will use them again. Did I mention they didn’t charge me a diagnostic fee?

I brought my laptop in for a screen replacement and Tech-ER was extremely helpful in providing me a timeframe and price estimate. Not only were they quick and affordable, they were extremely friendly and didn’t talk to me like I was a profit, they were super cool. I am in school so I was worried about timing but it worked out perfectly. It was fixed in one week and the price was affordable and great. Please do not go anywhere else but Tech-ER!!! I am so so happy with my experience and the outcome. Highly recommend this place.
