The staff at Ulta always greets you when you walk through the door. Its always clean. They have wonderful products. Ladies stop by and go buy something special for yourself. You can’t leave the men out. Gentleman go out buy your wife or girlfriend some perfume or ever it is that she might like.

Horrible customer service. I came in with two simple Bare Mineral compacts to return which fell into the Ulta return policy but ….instead of just doing a simple exchange the manager strolls over to help the new girl and says our computers can’t process an exchange unless it’s on your rewards card the Ulta policy states a merch credit will be given. She blantently lied because she was and is too lazy to process an exchange. I know this store was a poorly performing store compared to the Austin locations but wow. This place also needs to cleaned up… its gross… BTW the SEPHORA is just across the highway and has a higher caliber store and staff!

HORRIBLE experience! Left Ulta in San Marcos, TX a while ago and basically the Manager told her employee to watch us. She asked us twice if we needed help (minute apart). Then stayed “watching” us by the end cap of where the perfumes directly behind us not following COVID-19 safety protocol (6 feet apart). We were the only ones being watched…To paint a better picture of what went on is that because we were Mexican we were followed and the other white people in the store weren’t. RIDICULOUS! Incredibly uncomfortable in that store. Will NEVER shop there again and will tell every person I come across to not shop there because of how unsettling it is EVERY time we set foot in that place. Notified the employee up front about how disturbing our shopping experience was and she was nice about it and even stated they instruct their employees to do that. I appreciated her listening to our concerns. NEVER AGAIN.
