I have been a loyal customer of this location since 2007 and no I didn’t feel need to post review about it for the job that they were doing so far semi right for their own benefit to keep me as a customer but my opinion changed about this business just two days ago .I was there standing in line like many of us for long time. There were three employees including Carlos and a one female. The lady is horrible at copier services and in too of horrible she adds “I don’t care and won’t put in an effort “ attitude . Meanwhile there was one female customer who brought in several items to return and while scrolling through her phone she realized that she has several more items in her car so she told the UPS employee to wait than she left to get other items from her car leaving the rest of us in line waiting 3 minutes longer than we should’ve!I called out UPS employee who was opted in to wait for this lady to bring rest of her stuff and I asked him to help the customer next in line in front of me meanwhile until the lady comes back in and he just rolled his eyes , smiled and turned different direction. Carlos was helping another customer at the computer station and did notice my verbal interaction with his employee but also ignored it and when he returned to the counter from the computer station he told the other guy to not worry about anything after he notified him of me having an issue with their ignorant hold to service another customer while one is stalling the rest of the customers. And for the whole experience I cannot give them more than 1 star.The lady that was stalling the line was white and I have been going to this UPS location for last 14 years and have seen different responses to customers of other race or color be not given the patience and service same as it was given to the white lady .I am white too and have been given similar privileges which I did not accept!
