Worst customer service of my life.. went looking for tons of parts. Plus a battery test. Refused to charge the battery, which I understood, because the battery wasn’t charged enough and they close in half an hour. After I understood it went downhill from there. Looking for 6 different parts. Had all info to make it happen fast, including autozone specific part numbers. They reluctantly looked up maybe 3 or 4 and said “nope, ain’t got ‘em.” Made me sprint through the store frantically to find it myself until they forced me out at 9:59pm. Go to O’Reillys. It should be ILLEGAL to treat people like that. Ive never left a review in my life. Never intended to until now! I’ve never felt more disrespect in my life and I was service industry for 12 years. WOW!

Terrible experience ever!!! Julius was absolutely awful!! No help, no smile, no communication and the worst attitude towards myself, customers and his female coworkers. The two women working there were very helpful with me as I had to ask again since I received nothing from him. As a manager myself I would never allow one of my employees to ever act as he did, especially in the customer service business. His non-actions, non-communication and non-helpfulness was totally unacceptable and should really be reevaluated as an employee.I did follow up with the email for complaints and received an immediate email response that someone would be contacting me on the phone number I left. Two weeks later and I have yet to have anyone reach out.It’s quick to leave a response to my complaint to look good but never reaching out just shows the lack of care and wonder why your employees are expected to behave any differently. Good example for your staff!!
