1. I can never get a real person on the phone2. They never return calls3. They state they are open Mon – Fri ; yet when I showed up Friday, June 4th at 2:10 pm , no one was there- doors locked. Waited an hour for possible lunch to be over and still closed!4. They shouldn’t even be in business- poor patient care

I’m a caregiver for a woman who had a stroke a couple years back so I attended the appointments with her. They made us wait months for the boot, barely answered the phone, and decided to give attitude to my girl and I. Me, a 20 year old, had to ask Mr. Vinny there how long he’s been in this business because he seemed to forget customer service! We eventually went to a different place after asking them to send the boot back to get it remade and it once again took them forever. I’m disappointed in the lack of work ethic this company has. And Vinny if you’re reading this, if you need any help on your customer service let me know, I’d be happy to help!

i waited a long time but it was worth it,beacuse i but them on in the morning and i don,t take them off until i go to bed.i.wont to make sure i stay a sleep so i dont get up and walk with out them on.they cut the stapes beacues they were long but the left one was short, BUT THINK IT WAS THE FLUID IN MY ANKEL BEACUSE I COULDN,T BUT THE SHOE ON ,IT TOOK TIME.BUT ONCE I GOT THEM ON I DIDNT WONT TO TAKE THEM OFF. IT WAS DIFFERENT THE FIRST TIME WHEN I HAD THEM ON.BUT KNOW I,M US TO THEM.AFTER A FEW HOUR,S AND KNOW .THEY FEEL GREAT! BUT WALIKING SLOW!THANK YOU!TINA MARIE S. COPPOLA! FOR HELPING ME!
