Husband is a huge Astros fan, while he was in Houston he stopped to get the family some paraphernalia, we loved them. However when I HAND washed my shirt and hung it to dry I noticed the covering was coming off, it was faded really bad and many of the stones had fallen off as well. Item was gently hand washed but still fell apart. Grandsons onesie faded horrible after first wash (don’t have pics of this) Not a good first impression!!

I CAN NOT BELIEVE, that after 2 months, of ordering a bat, I CAN NOT GET A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK, after repeated attempts of trying to contact someone!! I was told by one team member at the store, that a manager would call me back about the MISSING ORDER FOR MY BAT!!! I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!! IF THERE WAS A ZERO STARS THAT’S WHAT THE TEAM STORE WOULD GET!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
