The young man at the register is always friendly and helpful. He even tries to work out freight in between customers. There seems to be nobody else working. U-boats piled with freight in the aisles and no one around to work on it. I frequently see workers (management?) outside smoking. I shop here often enough to see who are the workers and who sits in the office doing who knows what. I do like the store but it looks like it’s very poorly run.Why does the store close early sometimes? One person calls in and then they close? Not a way to run a business.

I have encountered employees the last 4 months or so with excellent customer service ! Most of my questions about where an item got moved to, involves them going to find product, and I follow them which helps me to remember where it is now… great store, just can’t get some items again, which is frustrating because once you find a product you like, it’s gone, never to be found !
