Great place to eat! The service here is awesome! The restaurant is very clean! Cashiers are super nice! Food is piping hot! Rice is delicious! Shrimp is freaking super delicious! I have ordered from this place several times and never have been dissatisfied! Makes my mouth water just thinking about it!

Awful customer service. Dining and Bathrooms are closed. Went into the bathroom and was literally yelled at by staff members. However, the two staff members were sitting at a table next to each other without a mask in the dining area. Corporate needs to definitely get their Employees in order. Customer service at Panda needs to drastically improve.

Actually 4.5 stars. Drive thru service was prompt and polite. Received food quickly. Steak and Shrimp dis was very tasty, the shrimp and steak were tender. The fried rice was also good. Now for the negative, food was barely warm and we were consuming it within two minutes as we ate in parking lot. Amount of steak and shrimp was less than generous as was the sauce which I suspect was the source of the great taste. Too bad they aren’t providing dine in right now. I suspect my issues would have been promptly resolved. I’ll be back if they ever open dine in.
