Staff is great, that’s why I’m giving 4 starts. My issue is with Verizon’s constant force to make you upgrade your plan in order to get a new phone. For two lines with two phone discounts/primos, my plan was going to cost$90/mo more… For the first time I’m considering another carrier

Rude staff!!! Tried to go into the store, but had to make an appointment at the door and sit in your car until they were ready for you. They dont tell you how long you will have to wait. After 30 min I ask and was told there was 3 people ahead of me and go sit in my car. (I left, and vowled to never return) Also, you have to wear a mask even if you can prove that you are vaccinated. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else or shop online. This place makes me want to change my cellphone service!!

Went inside to add two phone lines, after leaving both lines are not working had to return. Due to Covid-19 they are allowing so many inside have to wait in the car, you will receive a text when you can go inside. Had to come back a second time. I will be switching my service to MetroPCS ASAP. Very disappointed with Verizon.
