As of 2021, if not earlier, this location is under new ownership, and it shows. The service has hugely improved. Four stars only because UPS prices are high, though better than FedEx.

I’m not sure if this is the best place to do this but I wanted the owners of this franchise to know that their employee, Jordan, did a stellar job today. Not only was she managing the store on her own with a line out the door today but she was cheerful and pleasant through it all. She was knowledgeable and efficient. You have a great employee there and I wanted to sing her praises. Give that lady a raise!

I don’t usually write reviews for places like UPS, Fedex, USPS, but this particular location is just so friendly and helpful! They really care about helping customers and that really shows. And they support USPS – which is so needed right now. I’ve been to this spot a few times and every single visit is met with such friendly service.
