High satisfied! Great service! I had a very hard time finding a machine shop to do what i needed done to my brake rotors and this is the only shop that gladly helped me out even though it was a 30 minute drive . It was well worth it!!!

I’ve taken a few projects to Jays Shop and I have always been extremely satisfied. Their craftsmanship and customer service is excellent. The first time I went into the shop Jay the shop owner gave me a tour of the facility. He was extremely nice and took the time to educate me on a few things. Even though the shop is very busy with projects, they still get everything done in a timely manner and always make sure you are satisfied with the work that they did before you leave. By far this is the best machine shop I’ve ever been to and I will continue to use them for future projects.

I have never met a nicer couple! I came in needing a steel center brace for my aquarium that was bowing out and they were getting ready to finish up for the day. I told them what was going on and they helped even though they weren’t accepting new jobs! Then as I am about to leave I asked what I owed them and who I think was Jay, shook my hand and said I didn’t owe him anything!!!!!! I thanked him for saving my aquarium and as we were about to leave they offered my daughter another cookie. Then his wife gave my little girl the rest of her homemade cookies!!!! I have never seen a business care so much about their customers!!! Heck I wasn’t even a customer. I was just a random person walking in for the first time needing a welder! If this business is willing to go out of their way to help someone and not get paid for it, I could only assume they give their paying customers their best as well!!!!!…….10 out of 5 stars. Thank you for your help y’all!!!!!!!
