I dropped off two prescriptions with them on Friday the 30th at about 2:30. The lady said they would have them ready by 4:30. So I went by to pick them up and low and behold the prescriptions weren’t ready they said. But actually they were ready and sitting there to be picked up. Then they didn’t know how to file it on our insurance correctly. My wife gets her medicine there every month with no problems. We have the exact same insurance plan. But they said my insurance was not under contract with Walgreens. Blue Cross Blue Shield now. They just didn’t know what they were doing. Daniel at Hometown Pharmacy was a lifesaver. Hometown will have all my business from here on out.
