The staff were able to explain exactly what I needed in order to get done what I had come to do. Easy to email documents to their office and get them printed for fairly cheap. It was 30 minutes before closing and it’s your staff members great help and it was a very very good experience!

People that work here have always been polite and helpful. No issues there.Took in a package early Saturday. Promised delivery was the next Tuesday. Did not show up until Thursday. UPS told me that there is a day leeway in two day air shipments and I had no recompense possible. They do math different than I. Tuesday to Thursday is two days by any math I am aware of. The store, instead of sending it out that Saturday as they promised sent it out Monday. As they sent it out Monday rather than Saturday then Thursday become their new 1 day rather than 2 and we were left to pay the price.

Only giving one star because they have ONE poor over worked employee working on a Saturday afternoon. We spent over and hour and a half here shipping items because of this. Very friendly/helpful/knowledgeable staff, but come on UPS! Unfair for employees and customers. Not happy with this experience.
