Went to Lubbock Journeys Store 12-14-20 looking for shoes for our daughter as a Christmas present. I purchased 2 pair of shoes. One pair had to be ordered due to not having her size. I was hesitant to do so, wondering if they would make it in time for Christmas. The sales person assured me that the shoes would be here in time. Well… the shoes arrived but the wrong shoes were sent! I’ve called support and explained, she said that it takes 2 days for a shipping label to be sent to me and the correct shoes will not be sent until the wrong shoes are in the mail!!!Today is the 23rd of December and I’m hitting the streets to purchase another pair of tennis shoes!Thanks Journeys!!!!!!

I accidentally ordered a size 4 infant red Chuck Taylor converse for our GRANDdaughter who needed a size 4 youth. The salesman @ Journeys was so kind and helpful as I exchanged my gift !
