I don’t know what has happened to this CVS pharmacy but they have gone down the tubes the last couple of years. I moved all of my rx’s here about 15 years ago from Walgreens(which is about 2 blocks from my house and I have to drive by to get to CVS)and the last 2 years it has not been good at all. For example I use their app for refills and I put in an order this morning slightly before 9 am and just went to get it at 2 PM and they told me it would take them an hour to fill it for me. What? 5 hours is not enough to slap a label on a bottle that is already prefilled(this rx is in an already filled condition, so no counting the pills) I am very disappointed and will be having a word with management, this is ridiculous.
