I dropped my package off here , and after a couple days tracking never updated. They said they didn’t know what happened couldn’t find the package, and they would look into it. I’ve never got a call regarding updates and I called them after week or so and was left on hold for an hour. The manager named Linda was the one who said she’d look into it , but obviously wasn’t any help. So I lost my package and the money I was supposed to receive from the buyer of the package. And to top it off last year they lost my income tax I dropped off, same thing said they’d look into it and never got any call backs or updates. This place is a joke, drop off important packages and mail and they’ll lose it, and you’re paying them to do it!

I have been coming here for a few yrs now and it’s been always a good experience with the best greeting and customer service. I come to make copies fax documents and sent out mail. Been helped in very professional way and if you are in a waiting line they acknowledge you at all times.. that’s why I personally give them their well deserved 5 stars Thank you!!
