I have been sell clothes over there for about one year, and I am always happy with my selling experience. I got compliments from these buyers every time: “you do have good quality and popular style stuff. “ that is true. Because most of my clothes are brand new and young style. However, this time I have a complaint about my selling with a buyer. She turns off my clothes by judging the top clothes in my container instead of looking at other garments under. She finished her buying for one minute and said to me:” your clothes are past the season, and we are looking for junior garments. “ But only the top two-piece winter clothes, if she has patient to check others under the two-piece winter clothes in the container, are all summer, junior, brand new clothes. They are supposed to be what she is looking for. Or maybe the buyer’s taste is different from others. So she refused to buy my clothes.I do need help; I would like to try again, and I am afraid this happens again. If this happens, what can I do? Can I ask other buyers to look at the clothes for me because I already there? Is any advice for me?

Would’ve given them 0 stars if possible. Terrible customer service. I had items with the tags on them that had never been worn (forever 21 jeans and a summer top) as well as distressed jeans which was on the little pamphlet they handed but yet, they were not accepted. Ridiculous. Unfortunately, there was also a vibe of racial preference on their end. Another young lady in the store with similar items didn’t have her items turned away.
