I live in Midland, called ahead for a repair told them what was wrong with my phone along with the cracks, they told me to come down anyway so they can look at it. Not even there for 2 minutes and they tell me they can’t repair it because of the cracks ( which i already informed them about). Drove from Midland to Odessa for something that i could’ve been informed about over the phone.

Be prepared to wait over an hour even if you made an appointment, and do not let the ‘professionals’ try and put a screen protector on your phone. Overall immature and unprofessional employees.Dropped phone off for a ‘diagnostic’, three days later with no communication, I ask if I can get a loaner phone at least. After receiving a loaner phone I wait two weeks and I’m told phone has to be replaced under insurance, replaced with different model. Ask to have screen protector placed and was placed on poorly (see picture).You’ll fell like you’re not cared about and you’ll get equally poor service. Try to avoid this place if you can.

Me and my wife just left one store, that store didn’t have the phone she wanted. That store had 5 people in it when we walked in not a single one was wearing a mask that includes the people working there. We went to the next store who had the phone she wanted as soon as we walked in it wasn’t, welcome to T-Mobile how can we help you. It was you need a mask it’s company policy. How is it that the T-Mobile store not even three miles down the road has a different policy.
