In this day in age where we can use an App, or the automated system to get status of an order, I find that even when you need to speak to a live person, they are very courteous. I imagine they get 100’s of calls each day but they still provide service with a smile over the phone. Thank you HEB!

Worst pharmacy to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Staff was very rude and they took extremely long to apply the vaccine. I was the only one waiting to get the vaccine. As I waited I watched them be rude to other customers who came to pick-up their medication.
