Service has improved since the new location opened.

New place, larger, brighter, cleaner, parking.

This new 7-11 suffers from a lack of well trained staff.

You have to be very careful of the fresh food here. Many times the food is going to expire on the day you purchase it or already has expired. The soda machines are normally missing some flavors and when you ask them to update the machine they say they’re out of stock. Cashiers are also pretty rude and abrupt. I know it’s a 7-Eleven but at least the food should be fresh and the drinks should be plentiful

I just came out of this place. So I purchase a couple of items and the clerk rings me up and stands there saying nothing. Realizing I left my glasses in my car, I can’t see the amount on the screen. So I ask him how much and he catches an attitude, his whole demeanor changes. He blutters out 3.85. So I give him four singles and slaps the change back in my hand. Who hires a douche bag who doesn’t tell the customer what the total is after ringing them up? Well, won’t be coming back here anymore. Ridiculous.

New place, larger, brighter, cleaner, parking. Its a 7/11. What in the world can we possibly expect? I’ve been here and the older one on Garth Rd. It’s basic. The help is satisfactory. Selection of goods is good. The food turn over is fine. All 7 Elevens need to be cleaner. This particular one serves a quiet population, So, the standard of excellence here may be expected. Hopefully this place will be kept cleaner and well-stocked.
