Best bbq! From Ohio to Texas, none better. Plus great family environment and great prices. Staff was so nice. My littlest loved the brisket (it is not spicy). Potatoes amazing and pulled pork is a little spicy, but best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! I rice crispy fed all 5 of us, yum!

This is a case of a chain where location matters. The Rudy’s in Austin (360) is great. This New Braunfels location — not so much. When they moved down the street a few years ago things really went downhill for this location. That said, the three bean salad is still just about the best you can find. Also large dining room so you can bring a crowd. As for the BBQ itself, average.

Visited twice in the past two weeks, both times we had excellent brisket and very flavorful pork ribs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for smoked meats in New Braunfels.
