One of the retail ladies on the floor didn’t want to assist us when we asked for her assistance and was very dismissive. Until another Caucasian rep. came to help us and gave us a lot of info which was helpful…I told her what the experience was with someone else and somehow we ended up going up to her section and she had no other choice but to assist her own colleague with us in tow. Quick and easy to get my products. I managed to get everything I needed and leave within 25 minutes despite having a line. And they have a fairly large selection of curly/coily hair products including many minority owned brands.Lovely staff. They are extremely helpful and attentive.Also while there were a number of shoppers this location has plenty of space so you don’t have to worry about crowding. There are sanitizing stations at the entrance as well so it’s quite a bit safer than some beauty supply stores.

This is a busy location, but good set up and plenty of items in stock. They also accepted my return (for store credit) without question, despite not having original packaging and having made the purchase 4 months ago! Awesome.
