Highly recommend their order pick up services. At this target, the employees are always friendly and they have always gotten my orders right. I really like the process from ordering from the app to picking my items up. It’s so easy, fast and I haven’t had to wait. I’m so glad target has this option and ease of use, since covid19, it’s been a relief not having to get off to go inside the store with my kids. Plus, seeing employees with masks on, is a plus for me and let’s me know target is going the extra mile helping to keep everyone safe. Thanks target and its employees:)

My husband and I had the BEST customer service at the Target in Port Arthur. We were purchasing a baby bed and needed help getting the $40 gift card when you spent over $250. Earl helped us locate the bed, bring it to the front, assured us that we were going to be well taken care of and he did just that! He stayed with us through the entire process. He made sure we had someone help us with the transaction, get our $40 gift card, and helped us load everything up in the car. He was friendly, positive, and just an all around great employee.
