I wanted to deliver balloons to my sisters apartment for her birthday and I am beyond impressed with Deborah at Check It Out Balloons & Flowers! I called her the day before to ask about delivering the AU Tiger Hug Bouquet holding a happy birthday balloon and she not only was able to have it done by the next morning, she was also able to deliver it to my sister before she left for class that morning.
