This location was unable to complete my order. We arrived on a Monday at 4:00. We waited 10 minutes for them to answer the call button. We ordered the first item, a small cheddar peppers. It took a surprising 1 minute for them to be ready to ring up the next item we wanted to order, a small blue coconut cream slush. Then they were unable to ring up the third item, a small blue coconut slush. When they finally rung it up 10 minutes later it was the wrong size and price. That’s when we gave up and left.Before that, we ordered in the app and paid for our order. They never brought it out and said they couldn’t find it. Unbelievable! 30 minutes and nothing to show for it. On top of that, I have to call customer service to get a refund for the lost order to this Sonic at 4619 S. Lake Dr.

Very quick service, and with a smile. The parking areas were neat, and no trash in sight. I love trying some of their varieties of flavoring that I can add to drinks or even milk shakes.They rarely get our order wrong here. Shakes are 1/2 price after 8:00 p.m. I’m going to add blackberry flavoring to a large vanilla milkshake . Also, this Thursday, corn dogs will be 50 cents.!

It was very slow service, but it seemed to be kinda crowded and it was Memorial Day and they may have been under staffed. Also one of our drinks didn’t taste right so we had to go back and exchange it. Our waitress was not all that friendly but we still tipped her even after all these problems.
