I’m changing my review, I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord from the office on Garth Road back in 2018; the car was pretty nice, decent mileage for age. When I saw the prices it was pretty steep; the car blue booked for 5000 in great condition yet they were selling it for 10,000. They weren’t interested in haggling the price; also during the signing of the papers I was forced to go with a 500 deductible on my insurance even after I had already set it up. This of course made my premium sky rocket, I also never got a clear answer as to why I had to have it that way.Out the door I spent a total of 16,000 for a car that was about 11 years old…. Pretty ridiculous right? Thankfully the car I got was very reliable, and aside from a TPMS sensor and a new battery, it was a dream to drive. After a few months of paying every two weeks, in cash (which that was a pain); they started saying that my insurance was lapsing. I was confused and showed them my active account on the app. They weren’t satisfied with that, and so for 5 months I had to bring verification of active insurance otherwise I was going to be charged extra per week. So finally I told them that my insurance company wasn’t closing my coverage and the payment was set up for autodraft; I would definitely notice if something was wrong. And after that I stopped bringing the forms and simply told them if they wanted to charge me extra I was leaving the car on the lot; which at that time I was one of very few actually making payments and on time.And it’s crazy that to get approved for the car we had to leave a rave review otherwise I wasn’t going to get approved. Which of you get a car from them you’ll quickly learn how they force it on everyone. It’s wrong and shouldn’t be done that way. They prey on people who are in a bind needing a leg up; thankfully our credit situation improved and were able to buy a brand new car from Laporte Mitsubishi; which they really helped us out.Anyways, please run away; do not buy a car from them. Most of the cars are clunkers; and if you see a gold Honda Accord with an elongated dent on the passenger side running boards, be sure to take care of her; she got me through a lot.P. S. You’re welcome AutoPlex for the brand new tires!!!
