I set up a consultation to determine if I was a candidate for surgery. I got a call prior to my appointment and they needed to reschedule due to a surgery. I rescheduled for another 2 weeks out. Yesterday, they called me to reschedule again, due to a surgery. I own a business and can’t just drop everything. This time I told them to just cancel. It is crazy that patients are always required to be there and on time, etc so we don’t waste the doctor’s time, but it is ok for them to continue to reschedule us??? What is our time worth, obviously a great deal less than theirs. What a waste of time. I could have already had the surgery.

I had a surgery done at another facility out of town, and i had allot of complications. I decided to see Dr. Gandy at eye centers of setx. The office worked me in quickly, and Dr. Gandy is a great doctor. He really takes time to listens to concerns and does not rush you. His staff is also very helpful!

My visit there was A1! From the lady at the door whom checks your temperature to the assistants and Opthamologist Dr. Kansara very helpful and professional!!
