I bought floor tile from Floorcraft for a kitchen & bathroom project. The Mannington tile was an excellent product. It fit together quickly & well, once we got going. Having trouble getting started I called them for advice. I spoke to Wayne Miller, and much to my surprise, he volunteered to come to my house to help us get going. Not only did he do that, but he showed us a number of tricks that made installation a great deal easier.Good products and really great service.

We purchased a package for four hours of professional design, and $500 towards a purchase at Florcraft. Our four hours was Laura measuring the rooms in our home (20 minutes at the house), a 20 min phone call of me prompting her for ideas, and a few emails asking for carpet samples that I selected. We were hoping for four hours with a designer, her expertise, and felt like we got nothing for our money. Home depot measured our rooms, and installed carpet in less time (needless to say at a lower price). Nothing we wanted (off the website) was in stock and everything took 6 weeks to order. The carpet samples even needed to be ordered, and somehow never showed up when Laura said they were expected. Instead of $500 off of a larger carpet project, we ended up with a overpriced rug that we didnt need, just to be done with them.
