Hassle free return turns out a nightmare. I paid for two mini bikes in cash. They were too small for my kids so the very next day I returned them, or tried to. They told me they didn’t have enough cash in the entire store to do so, but told me to return in the evening. I did so, and the manager didn’t seem to know anything about the situation(they had the bikes back, i still had no money back). Then I was told again they still didn’t have enough cash in the store and they would have to give me a check, which I very reluctantly accepted. Then I was told well we can’t write you one, it will be in the mail in 3-5 days. And here it is 5 days later, no check, no refund, and I call the store and am told by manager they have no way of checking the status of my refund. It was well worth the ten minutes of typing this to be able to give you the review you have truly earned. I will never shop at any tractor supply again.

20 min wait time in line on Friday 10:30. I was stuck behind a complex return while someone else waited 1 minute. Management of price stickers falling way behind. Not enough staff? Still, there’s a lot of stuff here you can get nowhere else, so I’ll keep coming. The return policy is generous (don’t ask me how I know). This review is for the Temple Store and not Tractor Supply in general.
