I absolutely love this place. Normally I order online and PU in store, but they only have curbside pickup for now. Service is always excellent and friendly, and they’re very knowledgeable. Prices are typically about what I formerly paid in grocery stores (really!), but the product is SO much better. If you have to cook, like to cook, or know someone who loves to cook, Penzeys should be a staple in your pantry!

Invalid Sandwich
I ordered my spices online, and they arrived just when I was told they would. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get to them because of the winter storm here in Texas. They got returned to sender, back to Penzey’s Headquarters, in Wisconsin. Fortunately, unlike most other companies, they kept the package, instead of throwing it away – and they shipped it back to me FREE OF CHARGE! Customer Service was super understanding and competent. I cannot thank them enough. Plus their spices are amazing!!!
