The service was amazing! We came at a good time, so we got in and out pretty quickly. The cashiers were friendly and patient- it’s hard not to smile at them!

I try to always leave good reviews on places but this was the worst experience I have ever had at Chick fil a. When I pulled up with a pickup truck to the drive-thru he went in one lane and I went to the inside lane. There were 6 teenager’s hanging out and I had to wait over a minute for one of the teenager’s to stand up straight where leaning on the pole so my SUV would fit in the lane. When I passed her she just glared at me I guess for making her move or for her having to work. I had to tell the guy taking my order 6 times what the order was. Once I got to the pickup area another set of 4 to 5 teenager’s were hanging out at the window. I was told to pull up to the stop sign. Waited over 10 minutes to get my food. While waiting watched the staff play with their hair, push each other, a guy loading his change belt throw the coin wrappers into the window at the person inside the window, coin wrappers thrown back out the window, a lot of playing around and wasting time. It appeared there was too much staff with not enough work to do. The only good thing I can say is the food was amazing as always.

The Phenix city and Bradley parkway crews get you in and out in a minimal amount of time, if they’re not huddling (280 bypass) Conversations seem to get good sometimes!
